Anirban Dasgupta : Anirban is 26, an engineer turned salesman turned married man at the age of 24. Going by his smart decision making that he has shown so far in life, quitting his job eventually for comedy was the next logical move. He likes to talk about his inter-community, inter-state, inter-city, inter-caste (and inter-gender) marriage, corporate life, current affairs, politics and religion.
I am a stand up comedian and comedy writer from Kolkata. I have been performing since the inception of the comedy scene in the city. Part of the Kalkutta Komedians, I have performed opening acts to Vir Das, Cyrus Broacha, Anuvab Pal, Amit Tandon, Rajneesh Kapoor, Mir, Andy Zaltzman. I have perfomed in Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi-Gurgaon, Gangtok.
